QUESTION: Is their a minimum order?
ANSWER: We have no "minimum" order but all products must be ordered in full case quantities. We do not break cases. Orders that are within our existing delivery network will be delivered pre-paid shipping on our regular delivery routes if you have an account established with us and your order is over $300. Orders outside of our delivery network or orders under $300 will be shipped by U.P.S. or common carrier and freight charges will be added. Contact customer service for further details.
QUESTION: Can I combine items for my different departments?
ANSWER: Yes! You can combine any item from any of our catalog offerings. Bakery, deli, produce, meat and grocery packaging items can all be combined. You can also inquire about our full line of cake decorating supplies as well. It all ships together.
QUESTION: Why are no prices listed on your website?
ANSWER: We want to make sure you are getting the best price. Many of our products are made from plastic or aluminum or paper which unfortunately fluctuates quite frequently in terms of cost. We would be happy to quote you over the phone on any items that do not have a price listed.
QUESTION: Are you just a web based company?
ANSWER: Absolutely not! We have a full staff of outside sales representatives that service most of our customers. We specialize in developing full service programs for bakery, deli and supermarket chains of all sizes. We would be happy to set up a full program for you as well.
